At Safari For Six, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our guests and the trusted partners who help us deliver exceptional experiences.
Cancellations by Guests
- 30 Days or More Prior to Departure: A full refund will be issued, less any applicable administrative or transaction fees.
- 15–29 Days Prior to Departure: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- 7–14 Days Prior to Departure: A 75% cancellation fee will apply.
- Less Than 7 Days Prior to Departure: A 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.
- No-Shows or Late Arrivals: Guests who fail to arrive on time or do not attend their scheduled experience will be charged the full booking amount.
Third-Party Services
Some experiences include accommodation, park permits, boat cruises, or other third-party services. These may be subject to their own cancellation policies. Any non-refundable costs incurred on behalf of the guest will be deducted from the refund.
Amendments and Rescheduling
- Requests to amend or reschedule must be submitted in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Date changes made more than 14 days in advance are typically accommodated without penalty.

Guest safety is our highest priority. Safari For Six reserves the right to reschedule experiences due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a suitable substitute experience. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit may be issued at management’s discretion.
Cancellations by Safari For Six
In the unlikely event that Safari For Six must cancel a booking due to operational or safety reasons, guests will be offered an alternative date or experience. If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued. Safari For Six shall not be liable for additional expenses such as travel costs, accommodation, or insurance.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued using the original payment method where possible.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, illness, or travel disruptions.
